The rifle mishap we had in squad 100 turned out to be a .300 blackout round loaded into a 5.56 magazine and not a pre detonation. No one was hurt but the rifle is beyond repair. We’re not sure how exactly this happened and we’re not placing blame on anyone but please be mindful of loading your rounds, picking up spare rounds from the ground or giving ammo to others.
